i found the lack of certain amenities disappointing. my room had no coffee area, so morning coffees were difficult. the tv remote didn't work either. i also wished there were more coat hangers available.

The room was super clean, exactly like the photos. wifi worked great, and the room service was fast. housekeeping did an amazing job every day! the bathroom sparkled and had plenty of fresh towels. The toiletries were high quality too.
the shower head wasn't secured properly to the wall, made showering a little awkward.

this place was super clean, i loved it! the room had a ceiling light and like, eight power sockets. also, i saw a washing machine with washing powder, that's so convenient!
the shared bathroom situation wasn't ideal, know what i mean? it was a shared bathroom, and the facilities was basic. also, the mix-up with the room was a bummer. we ordered a double with an extra bed, but we got just a double.
